This role is for a Marketing Coach who wants to coach at scale and take ownership of client outcomes.

At Lean Marketing, you’ll coach and influence real businesses using proven IP inside a fast-growing company with high standards and zero tolerance for passengers. This role is for a Marketing & Business Coach who wants real ownership of client outcomes, real authority in the room, and the opportunity to coach at scale.

Using the frameworks behind Allan Dib’s The 1-Page Marketing Plan, we help entrepreneurs build clear marketing systems, make better decisions, and create momentum in their businesses. This role is where that IP comes to life — turning strategy into results.

What you’ll do
  • Coach up to 75+ active clients using Lean Marketing IP, ensuring consistent progress toward defined marketing and business growth goals
  • Run high-impact coaching calls (1:many and structured 1:1) focused on diagnosis, prioritization, clarity, and next best actions
  • Create & review client marketing plans, messaging, and funnels
    , diagnose business and funnel constraints and prescribe the highest-leverage next actions
  • Hold clients accountable to 90-day goals and KPIs
    , tracking progress and intervening when momentum stalls
  • Guide clients in building or improving in-house marketing systems and teams
    , not outsourcing chaos
  • Communicate with clients via async channels (written feedback, Looms, templates) to drive momentum
  • Uphold Lean Marketing coaching standards
    , documenting patterns, improvements, and repeatable wins to strengthen the program
Interfaces & rhythm
  • Run daily coaching calls with clients
  • Weekly internal coaching for coaches (this is where we put our coaching brains together to leverage all coaches’ skills)
  • Async collaboration on Slack with team and clients
  • Ongoing feedback loops to improve IP, systems, and delivery quality
What good looks like

30 days

  • Fully fluent in Lean Marketing IP, frameworks, and coaching cadence
  • Successfully onboard and coach an initial book of ~10 clients
  • Shadow and then lead coaching calls with confidence and authority

60 days

  • Independently managing a growing client load with strong engagement
  • Clients implementing faster, with clear priorities and fewer “stuck” moments
  • Demonstrated judgment on when to push, when to simplify, and when to hold the line

90 days

  • Operating at scale with consistent quality across a large client portfolio
  • Clients hitting milestones, not just attending calls
  • Trusted as a high-standard coach who strengthens the overall delivery team
Metrics you own
  • Client implementation velocity (plans executed, milestones hit)
  • Client clarity on goals and next actions
  • Client happiness and quality scores (internal review + feedback)
  • Client retention and progression within the program
What we’re looking for:
  • Generalist marketing expertise (strategy → execution):
    Able to diagnose a business, design an end-to-end marketing strategy, and translate it into a clear, executable plan with priorities and sequencing.
  • Copywriting & messaging fundamentals: Able to assess and improve client messaging and copy across key assets.
  • Calm authority under pressure: When clients feel overwhelmed or scattered, you bring clarity, direction, and confidence — without absorbing their stress or diluting the plan.
  • Comfortable leading rooms and holding the line

    You can command a group, steer conversations back to what matters, and say the hard thing when a client is avoiding the real work.
  • Fast-thinking, adaptable judgment
    :
    You process information quickly, spot the real constraint, and adjust in real time without needing a script or escalation.
  • Prescriptive coaching over people-pleasing

    You coach with conviction. You give clear recommendations, make decisions, and don’t hide behind “options” to stay liked
  • High care, high standards: You genuinely care about clients — and that care shows up as expectations, accountability, and follow-through
  • Clear written thinking and framework-driven communication: You write structured, concise feedback, think in frameworks, and can explain complex ideas simply and decisively.
