Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives:
Own strategic projects that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability from manufacturing transitions to new channel launches and commercial partnerships.

Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships:
Identify opportunities with new suppliers, partners, or distributors, perform structured analysis, and lead seamless execution from contract to launch.

Drive business expansion projects:
Scope and operationalize new business lines, markets, or capabilities creating frameworks, processes, and accountability along the way.

Build systems for execution:
Design and refine tools, workflows, and reporting structures that improve visibility, speed, and decision-making across the company.

Solve complex operational challenges:
Tackle cross-functional problems that touch multiple teams, balancing analytical structure with practical judgment.
