We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to assist with the coordination and execution of offline marketing strategies that promote our logistics and supply-chain services. This position is based at our Miami operations hub and works closely with the operations and business development teams.

• Support planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns
• Assist with client outreach and relationship‑building initiatives
• Coordinate promotional materials and branded resources
• Conduct market and competitor research to support growth strategies
• Track campaign performance metrics and maintain internal reports
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities

• Bachelor's degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
• Professional and client‑focused mindset

Pay: $19–$24 per hour (experience-based)
