Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Chief of Staff to help drive execution across Duetti’s most important strategic and operational priorities. You will report directly to the CEO.

This is a unique and highly leveraged role at the center of Duetti’s leadership team. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and Duetti’s senior leadership team - helping translate strategy into execution, improving organizational clarity, and ensuring the company operates at a high level of rigor and speed.

The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with high ownership, and wants a front‑row seat to scaling one of the fastest‑growing companies in the music ecosystem.

This role uniquely provides a core seat alongside Duetti’s senior leadership team, with broad exposure across strategy, operations, finance, and product. This is a highly unusual opportunity to help shape the operating model of a rapidly scaling company, with a clear path toward senior operating roles over time for top performers.

You will
  • Partner closely with the CEO on company‑level priorities, strategic initiatives, and operating cadence
  • Drive cross‑functional projects from scoping through execution and follow‑through
  • Help prepare CEO and senior leadership materials, including board decks, investor updates, internal communications, and strategic memos
  • Improve internal processes, reporting rhythms, and decision‑making frameworks across the company
  • Track and drive progress against key company initiatives and leadership priorities
  • Support leadership meetings, including agenda design, materials preparation, and action tracking
  • Serve as a connective tissue across teams to ensure alignment and execution velocity
  • Conduct structured analysis and research to inform strategic decisions

Step into special situations and ambiguous problem areas to drive clarity and resolution
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with strong judgment and discretion
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high‑growth startups, or similar high‑performance environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical horsepower
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level materials
  • High degree of ownership, urgency, and operational rigor
  • Comfort operating in fast‑moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Strong business judgment and problem‑solving instincts
  • Advanced proficiency in modern productivity and analysis tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, presentation tools)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Strong interest in music, media, fintech, or the creator economy

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
