Job Description

Skill Bridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery, account management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate service delivery and ensure timely execution of client requests
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related inquiries
  • Prepare reports, account summaries, and performance updates
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
