Job DescriptionThe Business Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding Skill Bridge Academy’s presence by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop outreach strategies, manage client relationships, and represent the academy with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and community organizations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Present Skill Bridge Academy’s programs and value proposition to prospective partners
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and partnership activities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives
- Meet and exceed defined performance and revenue targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
