Position: Manager Sr., Strategic Sourcing Indirect (Corporate)

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect will lead and manage sourcing strategies for indirect (e.g., Professional Services, HR, Marketing/Media, Facilities, etc.) across our North America brands. The position is responsible for delivering value, optimizing commercial structures, improving service outcomes, mitigating business and contractual risk, and partnering with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

The position works closely with cross functional stakeholder teams across various North America operating brands and uses a 7-step sourcing process to interpret and operationalize strategies that deliver breakthrough change. This role acts as a trusted advisor and requires someone with leadership experience, sourcing expertise, business savvy, and the ability to influence spend decisions.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term strategic sourcing plans for indirect categories across brands, aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Use market insights and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities that improve service quality, commercial value, and performance.
  • Lead financial and analytical assessments (total cost, benchmarks, commercial models) to support decision‑making and drive competitive advantage.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, structure complex service engagements, lead competitive events, and negotiate commercial terms through contract execution.
  • Lead supplier relationship management for key partners, ensuring performance, delivery of outcomes, and continuous improvement against established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead or participate in strategic discussions with senior internal leaders to identify sourcing opportunities and build alignment on category strategies.

  • Scope:
    The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Indirect, will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across all North America brands to deliver value, optimize commercial outcomes, and mitigate business and contractual risk. This role acts as a senior advisor to business leaders, shaping category strategies, developing sourcing approaches, and leading complex negotiations for high‑value service and indirect spend categories. The position requires strong strategic judgment, the ability to influence decision‑making at senior levels, and the capability to guide stakeholders through a structured sourcing and governance process.
  • Problem solving:
    The Sr. Manager will partner with stakeholders across brands to define business requirements, assess category and supplier landscapes, evaluate commercial models, and develop recommendation options that support enterprise objectives. The role requires applying advanced strategic sourcing methods – market research, supplier assessments, financial analysis, risk evaluation, and scenario modeling – to develop actionable strategies and lead the organization through sourcing decisions, contracting, and governance.
  • Impact:
    This role has significant impact on enterprise financial performance through leadership of high‑value sourcing initiatives and governance of multi‑million‑dollar contracts. The Sr. Manager is accountable for driving measurable value, improving supplier performance, and enabling strategic outcomes across multiple brands by influencing key stakeholders and managing complex service and indirect categories.
  • Leadership:
    This role leads cross‑functional decisions by guiding senior stakeholders toward aligned outcomes, even without current direct supervisory responsibility. They drive adoption of sourcing strategies, elevate supplier performance, and act as a change agent by improving processes, templates, and governance across the organization, with the capability to assume people leadership responsibilities as the function evolves.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or other applicable disciplines
