Procurement Analyst II

Job Summary

• Oracle or SAP experienced desired
• 12 Months Contract
• Hybrid role working 2 to 3 days on site

• The Procurement Analyst II for Client Diagnostics is responsible for the on-time delivery of his/her product purchasing portfolio to support the procurement Production Team.
• This position will be located in Miami, Florida and be onsite or hybrid role working 2 to 3 days on site and the balance of the time from home.
• You will be an integral part of the Purchasing Team and report to the Procurement Supervisor, responsible for ensuring that the right material is at the right place, at the right time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  Implement continuous improvement in our purchasing processes.
• Take ownership in managing vendor relationships and on-time delivery.
• Relentlessly search for margin expansion opportunities.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience; or, a master’s degree in a relevant field with 0-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrable history of outstanding performance managing on-time vendor delivery of sophisticated products.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques and best industry practices.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  Purchasing a range of parts from different commodities.
• Working in a collaborative cross-functional manner.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
