This position is integral to assisting with the development and optimization of Burger King’s in-house pricing guidance model and takes full responsibility for performing pricing analysis and providing pricing recommendations to 1/3 of Burger King’s franchise locations, in addition to ad‑hoc analyses and projects. This position works cross‑functionally with multiple departments to execute pricing strategy decision‑making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL
.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate on developing and enhancing the pricing model by leveraging advanced analytics and data‑driven techniques to improve pricing strategies.
  • Focus on the day‑to‑day operational aspects of pricing guidance, from conducting intake call with Franchisees to understand their current pricing strategies/needs to deployment of pricing recommendations and monitoring the impact of price adjustment after each round.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the pricing model and execution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze pricing data to provide insights into pricing trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, contributing to informed pricing decisions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing execution, revenue management, or a comparable position.
  • Strong analytical, and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet programs.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in‑depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables (and associated formulas).
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer support.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
