Job DescriptionSkillbridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts, ensure service excellence, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. The Service Account Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining account integrity, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting operational workflows.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service accounts
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor account activity, performance metrics, and reporting
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for client accounts
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting implementation processes
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction
- Provide administrative and operational support to account management teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards and service protocols
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
