Responsibilities

This full-time Business Development Manager position is an on-site role based in Miami, FL. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating across departments to align business goals.

The role emphasizes strategic planning and requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, market research, and service promotion.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Analytical, Strategic Planning, and Market Research capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Revenue Growth
  • Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with janitorial, landscaping, and/or security services industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales-focused role is required
