We're hiring a Director of Partnerships to build a pipeline through relationships, events, and network, not cold outbound. This person will operate at the same level as our Sales Directors, reporting to the VP of Sales. They will be the face of Influur in rooms where we don t yet have a presence, leveraging an existing network across the influencer, media, and agency spaces to generate a warm pipeline that converts.
This is a solo seat to start, with Partnership Associates added as volume grows. The role is opportunistic on verticals, with expertise in Beauty, and is measured on partnership-sourced pipeline that becomes revenue.
How You ll Generate Pipeline- Host quarterly vertical-specific webinars featuring existing Influur clients
- Attend and network at industry events (F1, FIFA, creator economy moments)
- Build agency and vendor partnerships that generate warm referrals
- Run intimate dinners with prospect decision-makers and founders
- Leverage Fefi s and Paula s founder network into structured pipeline
- Existing networks in influencer, media, or agency space; this is the primary qualification. The rest can be taught. You should be able to name 20 people you d call in week one.
- Comfortable hosting events, webinars, and dinners. You ll be the face of Influur in rooms where we don t have a presence yet. Charisma and presence are requirements, not nice-to-haves.
- Loves travel and high-energy environments. F1 weekends, music festivals, brand activations. If you see those as work, this isn t the right role for you.
- Understands the influencer marketing space.
- Open to a pipeline quota and structured accountability. Partnership people can be allergic to CRM and metrics. This role isn t. You ll be measured on pipeline generated.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Influur s client base spans the US, Latam, and Spain. The network advantage doubles with bilingual reach.
