Open the store: safe, controller, registers and distributing reports;
Maintaining daily functions: morning cash entry, processing bank deposits, reconciling chargebacks, and counting register and petty cash;
Resolve customer issues, internal and external, including researching/payment of bills, tracking/processing customer packages;
Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry according to standards;
Process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments and price changes
