We are seeking a high‑energy Recruitment Consultant to join our 360‑degree sales desk in Brickell
. This is an end‑to‑end sales role where you will operate as a mini‑CEO of your own business unit. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process: from hunting and winning new client accounts (Business Development) to sourcing and headhunting the technical talent that moves the needle for our clients.
