Location: Miami/Fort Lauderdale area
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Up to $175k (base + commissions) with unlimited potential earnings for exceeding targets

If you’ve spent years in public accounting or consulting and feel like your skills are underutilized—or miscast—this is your chance to build something new. At Taylor White, you’ll use your technical background to create meaningful business relationships, drive growth, and shape the future of our Dallas and Tampa markets. You’ll be a strategic partner to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders, helping them solve real problems with tailored solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build and expand client relationships through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative engagement.
- Lead client discovery meetings to assess needs and align consulting resources.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Represent Taylor White at industry events and networking functions.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive long‑term engagement and revenue growth.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting or accounting advisory/consulting required.
- CPA or similar credential preferred.
- Strong communicator with a passion for building relationships.
- Consultative mindset with a drive to create value for clients.
- Comfortable engaging with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with high initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
