Strategic Procurement Manager – Manufacturing

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality architectural panels and steel products. We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's procurement process, from sourcing materials to negotiating contracts with suppliers. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that materials are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of materials

- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials

- Collaborate with the production team to forecast material needs and plan procurement activities accordingly

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

- Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage and develop a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software

- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles
