The Difference You Make:
This role sits within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Office and supports product governance, business initiatives, and reporting activities across the organization. The associate will play a key role in maintaining visibility into the product pipeline, supporting governance processes, and delivering insights through reporting and dashboards. This position offers a balanced mix of business exposure and business intelligence, with a focus on data-driven reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement.
* Support the execution of product governance processes, including intake, due diligence tracking, and ongoing monitoring of new products and business initiatives.
* Maintain and track the product pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems, databases, and reporting tools.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide clear visibility into pipeline status, key metrics, and governance outcomes.
* Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights and support management decision-making.
* Work with structured datasets and internal databases to extract, validate, and organize information for reporting purposes.
* Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to gather data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
* Prepare materials for management and committee meetings, including presentations and executive summaries.
* Support adherence to governance standards, policies, and procedures through documentation, data validation, and follow-up activities.
* Assist in coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications for new product and business initiatives.
* Maintain databases and document repositories for current and historical initiatives, ensuring consistency and usability of data.
* Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, improve data quality, and streamline processes through better use of business intelligence tools.
* Support audit, regulatory, and ad hoc requests by compiling accurate and timely information.
* Provide day-to-day support to the team and act as backup during absences, ensuring continuity of reporting, coordination, and key deliverables.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 3-6 years' experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, business analysis, reporting, operations, or similar roles.
* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Solid understanding of data structures and experience working with databases or large datasets.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly and concisely.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
* Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
* Interest in learning about CIB products, governance processes, and risk frameworks.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
