We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our U.S. Offshore and Latin America distribution team in Miami.

About the Role

Based in Miami, the Sales Manager will focus on cross‑border sales, distribution strategy, and client engagement across the U.S. Offshore Mutual Funds market. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries, promoting M&G’s investment capabilities, and driving asset growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive asset growth by developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries in the U.S. Offshore market, focusing on UCITS solutions.
  • Cover key platforms such as wirehouses, private banks, and independent broker‑dealers.
  • Leverage an existing network of intermediaries and decision‑makers to promote the firm’s investment capabilities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product updates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned clients and territories.
  • Support RFPs, due‑diligence requests, and onboarding processes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the firm’s products, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the firm at relevant client events and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or distribution within asset management or related financial services.
  • Proven track record of raising assets through financial intermediaries in the U.S. Offshore channel.
  • Established relationships with key decision makers in wirehouses and private banking platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore structures and international client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Finra Series7 and 63 licenses.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
