Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement teams in Mobile (AL) and Miami (FL), fostering high engagement, performance alignment, and continuous capability growth.
  • Manage OPEX spend portfolios for both terminals, ensuring successful execution of Global, Regional, and Terminal Procurement strategies.
  • Drive cost improvements and P&L savings through optimized sourcing, improved process cycle times, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong compliance frameworks governing sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement processes.
  • Partner with Asset Maintenance to strengthen inventory management, spare parts availability, material planning, and overall supply reliability.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting strategic supplier development aligned with Global Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
  • Support terminal CAPEX initiatives, ensuring transparent tendering, thorough vendor evaluation, and selection of cost‑effective solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate across regions to identify synergy opportunities, consolidate spend, and enable continuous improvement in procurement performance.
What We Are Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience managing procurement teams and driving engagement, development, and high performance.
  • Strong background in strategic purchasing, contract management, supplier relationship management, and negotiation at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, operate strategically, and execute complex procurement projects across multiple functions.
  • Solid understanding of procurement principles, supply chain processes, and inventory management within large, asset‑intensive environments.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage budgets and deliver against project deadlines.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Travel Required:

    25% travel required to Miami, FL.
