We’re looking for a high-performing business development professional to own and drive new client acquisition for a leading, fee-only wealth management firm.
This is a true growth role— not account management, not passive referrals. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, opening doors, and closing meaningful business with high-net-worth clients.

- Maintaining disciplined CRM tracking, pipeline reporting, and forecasting
- Proven closer in wealth management or financial services
- Naturally proactive—you create opportunities, not wait for them
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable engaging high-net-worth individuals and professionals
- Motivated by performance, accountability, and measurable results
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or business development
- Track record of sourcing and closing new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with financial advisors, HNW clients, or COIs preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; CFP®, CFA, or MBA a plus
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
- Willingness to travel
- Base Salary: $125,000 + performance-based incentives
- Fully paid medical (no in-network co-pays or deductibles)
