The Head of Prestige leads the strategy and execution to accelerate growth and elevate Pernod Ricard's Prestige portfolio across key accounts and partners. What you'll do
  • Elevate Prestige Brand Portfolio
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans that increase market penetration, revenue, and long‑term brand equity across the Prestige portfolio.
    • Partner cross‑functionally to align brand, sales, and commercial resources in support of integrated account strategies and exceptional client service.
    • Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships
    • Build and sustain long‑term, large‑scale partnerships with key strategic accounts through senior‑level engagement and best‑in‑class account management.
    • Partner closely with Sales Divisions to unlock growth in priority accounts, including leadership and support of complex RFP processes with Pernod Ricard's largest partners.
    • Apply data‑driven insights to customize solutions, exceed client expectations, and strengthen Pernod Ricard's position as a preferred partner.
  • Drive Business Development Initiatives
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with brand priorities and deliver incremental commercial value.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and category dynamics to inform portfolio strategy, innovation, and activation plans.
    • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative initiatives that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency
    • Implement process improvements that streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and support disciplined budget management.
    • Establish and leverage KPI reporting to monitor performance, guide strategic planning, and support data‑backed decision‑making.
    • Foster a high‑performance team environment by motivating, coaching, and aligning teams around shared objectives and accountability.
  • Champion a Culture of Conviviality

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, business development, or commercial leadership roles within consumer goods, luxury, or premium brands.
  • Proven experience leading complex strategic accounts and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross‑functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with a track record of data‑driven decision‑making.
