As an Account Manager at FRUSELVA USA, you will be the primary liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term loyalty. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by managing and expanding existing accounts, working closely with our Sales, Operations, and Projects teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, tailored information.
  • Ensure the most suitable and immediate solutions to meet client needs.
  • Regularly communicate progress to various departments within the company.
  • Identify opportunities to increase volumes and expand portfolios.
  • Monitor and report key account metrics.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.
  • Work with the Quality team to provide timely and satisfactory responses to any requirements.
  • Partner with the Operations team to maintain the highest service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to monitor payments and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Account Manager or similar role preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Power

    BI, MS Business Central.
  • Experience in providing solutions focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Background in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
