Your Purpose

The Procure to Pay Analyst is responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices within the supply chain process. This role ensures accurate billing, timely payments, and effective supplier relationships, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Your Impact
  • Regularly monitor and analyze discrepancies between purchase orders (POs), goods received notes, and supplier invoices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to identify root causes of mismatches (e.g., pricing errors, quantity discrepancies, incomplete documentation).
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions, including requesting credit notes or additional documentation from suppliers.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation between orders, deliveries, and invoices within the company system (CT).
  • Act as the main point of contact between procurement, finance, and suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of discrepancy cases, including resolutions and follow-ups.
    Generate regular reports highlighting key issues and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Identify patterns in discrepancies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Your Journey so far
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain, preferably in cruise industry
  • Associates Degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Strong MS Excel skills (vlookup, match, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 4 days / week in Miami office
