The Difference You Make:
This role sits within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Chief Operating Office and supports product governance, business initiatives, and reporting activities across the organization. The associate will play a key role in maintaining visibility into the product pipeline, supporting governance processes, and delivering insights through reporting and dashboards. This position offers a balanced mix of business exposure and business intelligence, with a focus on data-driven reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the execution of product governance processes, including intake, due diligence tracking, and ongoing monitoring of new products and business initiatives.
- Maintain and track the product pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systems, databases, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide clear visibility into pipeline status, key metrics, and governance outcomes.
- Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights and support management decision-making.
- Work with structured datasets and internal databases to extract, validate, and organize information for reporting purposes.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to gather data requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Prepare materials for management and committee meetings, including presentations and executive summaries.
- Support adherence to governance standards, policies, and procedures through documentation, data validation, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications for new product and business initiatives.
- Maintain databases and document repositories for current and historical initiatives, ensuring consistency and usability of data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, improve data quality, and streamline processes through better use of business intelligence tools.
- Support audit, regulatory, and ad hoc requests by compiling accurate and timely information.
- Provide day-to-day support to the team and act as backup during absences, ensuring continuity of reporting, coordination, and key deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years’ experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, business analysis, reporting, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of data structures and experience working with databases or large datasets.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Interest in learning about CIB products, governance processes, and risk frameworks.
