Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the banking and financial services industry. We are seeking an articulate and proactive Client Relations Consultant to join a growing team. This long-term contract position is essential for maintaining seamless operational delivery during account transitions and ensuring a high-quality service experience across business lines. To ensure success in this fast-paced environment, the right professional will bring 3+ years of verified experience in case management or banking operations within a financial services setting, alongside exceptional dual-language communication skills to manage cross-departmental workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication to accelerate the resolution of client files and administrative requests.
- Monitor key data points and documentation trends to improve departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Supervise the processing, categorization, and routing of client cases within internal data systems.
- Support high-level communication plans during the onboarding and integration phases of incoming client accounts.
- Assist with the adoption of modernized workflow platforms and digital customer service applications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of background in account servicing, case tracking, or banking operations.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong capabilities in written and verbal business dialogue.
- Practical exposure to modern CRM architectures, digital workflow tools, or service platforms.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills along with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Proven ability to execute tasks independently and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
- University degree in a business, communications, or finance discipline preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial regulatory guidelines and corporate compliance tracking.
