We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join one of our most important clients, a prestigious law firm in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong marketing expertise with business development, client engagement, and event coordination experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the firm’s services, strengthening client relationships, organizing corporate events, supporting attorneys with networking initiatives, and driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the firm’s marketing and business development strategies
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, website content, and CRM systems
  • Coordinate and oversee corporate events, networking events, and client engagement activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, vendors, and business partners
  • Support attorneys and leadership with business development opportunities and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with new client onboarding and follow-up communications
  • Manage Hub Spot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and lead tracking
  • Collaborate with attorneys on branding, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Ensure consistency of branding and professional communication across all platforms
  • Coordinate with external vendors, marketing agencies, and event venues as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, events, or professional services
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Experience coordinating events and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal marketing or law firm experience
  • Hub Spot certifications
  • Experience with networking and business development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of branding and client engagement strategies
