We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Service Line Marketer to support Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services, as the day‑to‑day marketing and business development lead. The Service Line Marketer owns the go‑to‑market strategy and translates leadership priorities into positioning, campaigns, content, and sales enablement that convert Kaufman Rossin’s competitive advantages and fund administration expertise into qualified pipeline, wins, brand awareness and long‑term client loyalty.

This role sits in the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) with a dotted line to the Managing Principal of KRAIS. The Service Line Marketer is embedded within the KRAIS practice and works closely with its leadership and professionals.

  • Own and execute the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for KRAIS, translating business priorities into impactful marketing and business development initiatives that drive pipeline, wins, brand awareness and client loyalty.
  • Develop and refine positioning, differentiators, and ideal client profiles (ICP), ensuring alignment with market needs and firm strategy.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns including webinars, thought leadership, account‑based marketing (ABM), events, email nurture, and Linked In initiatives.
  • Build and manage a robust content strategy—partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce articles, whitepapers, case studies, and client‑ready materials.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement tools such as proposals, pitch decks, talk tracks, and competitive insights to support business development efforts.
  • Drive pipeline visibility and growth by building target account lists, monitoring funnel performance, and facilitating regular pipeline and account reviews.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with the Marketing Center of Excellence & Business Development to leverage shared resources across digital, content, operations, and PR.
  • Oversee event strategy and execution, including sponsor ships, partnerships, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring CRM accuracy and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Skills You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, ideally within accounting, consulting, or financial services.
  • Expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, campaign development, and account‑based marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, compelling client‑facing content.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and supporting proposal and pursuit processes.
  • Exposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo) and familiarity with digital marketing channels, SEO/AEO/GEO/SEM, paid social, Linked In.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of KPIs, pipeline metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
