Business Analyst

Summary

The Business Analyst V.I.E will support the Finance & Operations team in the Miami office by coordinating regional sales reporting and delivering insights to inform decision making. The role focuses on developing automated dashboards, monitoring sell-in and sell-out performance, and partnering with Sales and Demand Planning to support forecasting and budget phasing. This is an entry level, fixed-term assignment requiring strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Monitor regional turnover and maintain daily sell-in reporting with accurate visibility of performance.
• Prepare weekly sales landing views and monthly sales trend projections, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance analyses covering sell-in and sell-out dynamics and propose actionable recommendations.
• Gather sell-out and inventory data from multiple sources and design synthetic performance and inventory dashboards.
• Maintain and update the distribution database and ensure data consistency with HQ.
• Design, build, and enhance automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and related tools.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or management.
• First professional experience in a business or assistant role, ideally within consumer or luxury goods, distribution, or retail.
• Fluency in English and French;
  Spanish is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills, including power query, pivot tables, and VBA.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
