The Commercial Strategy Manager will support the development and execution of commercial growth initiatives while analyzing market intelligence, coordinating go-to-market strategies, optimizing commercial performance, and supporting cross-functional operational alignment. This role will work closely with operations, finance, procurement, sales, and leadership teams to identify business opportunities, improve commercial processes, and drive sustainable growth initiatives.
As a Commercial Strategy Manager, You Will:- Support development and execution of commercial strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct market research and business intelligence analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Coordinate go-to-market and go-to-account initiatives for key customer accounts
- Analyze quotations, pricing, lead times, and project performance metrics to improve margins
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer growth initiatives
- Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and commercial performance data for leadership teams
- Support process improvement initiatives and standardization of commercial tools and workflows
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Support customer engagement activities by gathering requirements and aligning solutions with operational capabilities
- Monitor marketing initiatives, budgets, and commercial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures and quality management systems
- Support public relations initiatives, communication efforts, and industry event coordination
- 5+ years of commercial, product, customer experience, or strategy experience
- Experience with market research, commercial analytics, and growth initiatives
- Strong business intelligence and data analytics capabilities
- Digital marketing experience preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Business Intelligence certifications preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or Project Management certification preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certifications preferred
