Position OverviewThe Senior Sales Manager will lead the strategic development, optimization, and scaling of the firm’s sales infrastructure in Mexico and U.S.
This role requires leadership-level oversight of sales systems, cross-border team leadership, revenue strategy execution, and operational alignment with the full client lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to build scalable systems while driving performance and accountability across teams.

1. Revenue & Market Growth
- Ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved across markets
- Design and execute conversion-focused growth strategies
- Drive consultation-to-retainer conversion improvements
- Develop region-specific commercial strategies aligned with market dynamics
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify expansion opportunities
- Optimize pipeline management and consultation flow
- Refine processes to increase operational efficiency and scalability
- Align sales operations with the broader client journey
- Build scalable sales workflows, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook
- Ensure CRM data integrity (Litify / Salesforce)
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate sales teams in Mexico and U.S
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Foster alignment, collaboration, and accountability across regions
- Build a culture of excellence, discipline, and results-driven execution
- Partner with leadership on hiring and training initiatives
- Oversee sales dashboards and operational reporting
- Utilize Power BI for forecasting and performance analysis
- Translate analytics into actionable revenue-driving decisions
- Provide executive-level insights and performance recommendations
- Implement structured onboarding and continuous training programs
- Standardize sales methodology across all teams
- Drive coaching initiatives to elevate performance consistency
- Ensure alignment with firm-wide sales standards
- Availability to travel internationally upon joining the company
- Improve handoffs between Sales, Legal, Marketing, IT, and Finance
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Proven track record scaling sales organizations and improving KPIsExperience in professional services or legal services strongly preferred
- Cross-border or regional sales management experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Litify / Salesforce preferred)
- Advanced experience with Power BI and performance reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Deep understanding of Mexico markets preferred
