The Acquisition Entrepreneur role is your path to owning cash-flowing businesses
—without needing prior M&A experience.

You’ll work directly with our team to identify, structure, and close acquisitions of $1M+ EBITDA companies
, while we support sourcing, financing, and post-acquisition operations.

This is not a job. It’s a path to ownership and long-term equity creation

What You’ll Do

Work with buyers and live deal flow to identify acquisition opportunities.

Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.

Engage with sellers, brokers, and financing partners.

Move deals from initial conversation to close.

You focus on driving the deal forward
. We support everything behind the scenes
.

What We Handle

Deal sourcing pipelines and outreach.

Financial underwriting and analysis support.

Debt and equity financing strategy.

Legal structuring and transaction coordination.

Post-acquisition operational support.
