Operations Group / Transformation Services (open to all U.S. locations)

We are seeking a manager to lead and deliver transformation services engagements for private‑equity clients, focusing on driving EBITDA and cash‑flow improvements across portfolio companies.

Our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice serves middle‑market and large‑cap private‑equity firms. The Transformation Services track offers a holistic, cross‑functional approach to quickly identify high‑impact opportunities and rapidly implement solutions.

In this role you will:

• Lead complex client engagements, structuring performance‑improvement plans and managing the process through completion.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost structure, adjust organizational design, staffing, and efficiency of back‑office functions.
• Synthesize insights from data, opinions, and facts to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiencies.
• Implement cost‑reduction programs, including changes to roles and responsibilities, process implementation, and workforce reductions.
• Develop findings and make strategic recommendations.
• Work across multiple areas such as margin management, pricing, product rationalization, sales & operations planning, supply‑chain sourcing, organizational effectiveness, non‑labor cost efficiency, process improvement, SG&A reduction, and working‑capital management.

• 7–10 years of consulting or industry experience implementing cost‑reduction, restructuring, or cost‑structure improvement programs.
• Depth in a particular industry vertical (industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products or retail) is a plus.
• MBA from a top‑tier school strongly preferred.
• Experience working with private‑equity relationships is a plus.
• Experience in both professional services and industry is a plus.

Salary range: $125,000–$190,000 annually, based on education, experience, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is available.
