Aven Consulting Group (ACG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our internal business processes, client project workflows, and strategic initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on experience in professional consulting operations, giving you exposure to how we manage projects, streamline systems, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with consultants, analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution of internal and client‑facing activities. You’ll assist in organizing project timelines, managing internal documentation, tracking performance metrics, and supporting operational improvements across various departments.

Support daily operational activities and internal process management.

Assist in preparing project briefs, meeting agendas, and operational documentation.

Help track key project milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Assist with process optimization initiatives and workflow improvements.

Conduct industry and competitor research to support operational strategy.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning.

Maintain project management tools and support client delivery systems.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Self‑starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Interest in consulting, operations, or business strategy.
