Purchase Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchasing & Vendor Coordinator. If you are fully bilingual, organized, and enjoy negotiating and building relationships, this role is perfect for you!

• Vendor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Procurement & Cost Optimization – Evaluate purchasing options, negotiate contracts, and recommend alternatives to maximize value for the company.
• Inventory & Payment Oversight – Ensure accurate tracking of purchases, receipts, and inventory while authorizing payments and maintaining records.

• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and other key criteria.
• Interview suppliers and visit their facilities to gather information on products, services, and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues.

• Fully bilingual in English & Spanish – REQUIRED
• Strong Microsoft Office and Quick Books knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
