The Tenant Services Coordinator provides daily organization of facility related projects and activities by acting as the liaison between tenants, property management, maintenance/engineering, security, leasing and/or vendors. The tenant services coordinator is responsible for providing needed resources and front line services to occupants by working closely with other department professionals in the management and notification of all facility activities. This position oversees vendors during their performance of site work to ensure that they are working within established guidelines to maintain a safe orderly and clean work environment.
This person coordinates and leads the custodial staff by assigning and checking their daily activities. This position manages occupancy preparation and ensures orderly move in/out of occupants by coordinating with engineering, custodial services, and other departmental functions such as key management and access control. This position delivers exceptional customer service & professionalism by providing timely response and resolution to questions and concerns.
The person in this role must multitask & prioritize effectively while maintaining cooperative working relationships with different types of people focusing on team and not individual accomplishments.
Estimated pay range for this position is $18.32 - $22.17 / hour depending on experience.
QualificationsDegrees:
- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Florida Driver's License (Class E Non-Commercial).
- Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet searches, and trainability in other required software.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills reflective of a positive attitude and system wide commitment.
- Proven ability to work as a team member.
- Able to balance multiple responsibilities and projects while keeping all concerned informed of issues and progress.
- Able to prioritize effectively and work independently to make effective decisions and follow through on assignments.
- Must be organized with attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills.
- Administrative and accounting experience supporting commercial properties preferred.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other department personnel.
- Must have working knowledge of facility maintenance and operations.
- Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a highly visible position requiring frequent interaction with other parties including tenants, vendors, and other departmental personnel.
- Must be insurable.
- As required, successfully complete Baptist issued safe driving course.
- Must be able to drive between sites.
