Community Ambassador; Part-Time

Compensation: Hourly + Performance Bonuses

Hours: 5–15 hours per week

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid/Flexible)

Go-To-Gal is a women-only platform that helps women connect with trusted companions for life’s important moments—from moving to a new city and attending events to bridal shopping, fitness classes, networking events, and more.

We are building a community centered on friendship, support, safety, and meaningful human connection.

We are looking for outgoing, well-connected women in Miami to help grow our community as Founding Community Ambassadors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, attending events, building communities, and helping women feel more connected.

• Recruit and onboard new Go-To-Gal members
• Attend local networking, wellness, and community events
• Represent Go-To-Gal in a professional manner
• Promote the platform through social media and local groups
• Build relationships with women’s organizations and businesses
• Gather feedback from users and share insights with the founder
• Help identify partnership opportunities throughout Miami
• Support launch events and community meetups

• Passionate about supporting women and building community
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Active on social media platforms
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and organized
• Familiarity with the Miami area is preferred
• Experience in marketing, sales, events, recruiting, community management, or customer service is a plus
