ABOUT FACC FLORIDAThe French-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (FACC Florida) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping French and American companies connect, grow, hire, expand, and succeed across borders. Through our business community, events, and professional services, we support entrepreneurs, executives, startups, SMEs, and multinational companies developing business opportunities between France and the United States.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
At FACC Florida, we help French and American companies connect, grow, hire, expand, and succeed across borders. As our Membership & Business Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting that mission. You will help us grow our community of members, deliver business services to international companies, support entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market, and contribute to events and programs that bring together business leaders from both sides of the Atlantic.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to international business, business development, client services, events, and project coordination.
No two days are the same. One day you may be helping organize a Learning Expedition for an international delegation, the next supporting a recruitment project, coordinating a business event, welcoming a new member, or helping a French company explore opportunities in Florida.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Membership Growth & Business Development- Research target companies and build prospect lists
- Conduct outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Assist with lead qualification and member acquisition efforts
- Participate in networking events and business meetings
- Support promotion of FACC Florida services
- Assist with market research and business intelligence projects
- Support Learning Expeditions and international delegations
- Coordinate interpretation and translation requests
- Assist with recruitment projects
- Support training programs and workshops
Help build participant lists for flagship events
- Support onboarding of new members and clients
- Assist with coworking and business center services
- Help engage the Booster Community
- Support activity tracking and reporting
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reaching out to new people by phone, email and in person
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Interest in international business and entrepreneurship
- English required (written and spoken)
- French preferred but not required
- Build a strong foundation in business development and client services
- Gain exposure to international trade and cross-border business
- Work directly with entrepreneurs, executives and business leaders
- Develop skills in project coordination, events and relationship management
- Build a valuable professional network

Salary: $35, per year depending on experience
