Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will lead the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Consult with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and manage day‑to‑day project activities.
• Handle any escalations and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to project sites across the U.S. (up to 1,000 miles from home) and may be away 80% of the time.

Primarily night shifts of 10–12 hours. Frequent travel is required; expect to be away from home 80% of the time or in one stretch of 17–21 days.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience, or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
