Job Title

• Market Analysis:
  Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions.
• Rate Negotiation:
  Negotiate rates with carriers to secure the best possible terms for our services.
• Pricing Strategy Development:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine pricing structures that are both competitive and profitable.
• Compliance Management:
  Ensure all pricing strategies and activities comply with FMC regulations.

• Sales Support:

• HS diploma with desired experience or bachelors degree in a related major.
• 2+ years of experience in international sea freight (FCL and LCL) pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Proven experience in rate negotiation and pricing strategy development.
• Familiarity with FMC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
