Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity in the vibrant city of Miami, FL? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. • Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work streams.
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently.
• Advanced proficiency in system implementations, PowerPoint, Excel, and JIRA.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in producing and interpreting reports, conducting analysis, and participating in special projects.
• Experience in interacting with internal and external customers and documenting enhancements to processes and procedures.
