Overview
The Sr. Analyst, GTM Tooling sits within the GTM Operations & Execution organization and reports to the Sr. Manager, GTM Tooling Strategy. This role is responsible for supporting the evaluation, optimization, and operational effectiveness of the GTM technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Salesforce and seller-facing tools.
This individual will drive tooling improvements by analyzing system performance, monitoring adoption and productivity metrics, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and partnering cross-functionally to support enhancements across the GTM organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and focused on improving seller experience through technology and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities GTM Tooling Analysis & Optimization- Support the evaluation and optimization of the GTM technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Analyze tool usage, workflows, and performance to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Assess whether current tools are delivering intended business outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback on tooling pain points and operational gaps
- Support ongoing Salesforce optimization initiatives to improve seller productivity and workflow efficiency
- Analyze Salesforce processes, reporting structures, and user experience to identify enhancements
- Partner with technical teams to implement and test system improvements
- Maintain process consistency and data integrity within Salesforce
- Monitor adoption and usage trends across GTM tools and platforms
- Build dashboards and reporting to measure tool effectiveness, engagement, and productivity impact
- Identify barriers to adoption and partner with Enablement and leadership to improve utilization
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing friction and improving seller efficiency
- Develop and maintain reporting on GTM tooling performance, adoption, and operational health
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
- Support KPI tracking tied to productivity, system utilization, and process efficiency
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support business reviews related to GTM tooling initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, IT, and Rev Ops teams to drive tooling initiatives
- Gather and document business requirements and process improvement opportunities
- Support testing, rollouts, and communication for tooling enhancements
- Maintain documentation related to GTM tooling processes, workflows, and enhancements
- Support governance processes for tooling changes and operational standards
- Ensure requests, enhancements, and issues are tracked and prioritized appropriately
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the GTM technology ecosystem
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and GTM technologies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting operational process improvements or system optimization initiatives
- Exposure to GTM tooling ecosystems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
