RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.
What You'll Do:- Analyze marketing and business performance, identifying key trends and delivering insights that inform strategy and execution.
- Support the evaluation of promotional activities through analysis of topline sales, product mix, guest segments, and geographic performance.
- Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support pricing, promotions, and marketing calendar decisions.
- Contribute to financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of marketing initiatives on sales and profitability.
- Assist in market test design and analysis, synthesizing results into recommendations for broader rollout.
- Support the identification of growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including contributing to leadership updates and presentations.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, with a strong focus on marketing, customer, or business performance.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts or small teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, or business intelligence tools.
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Data‑driven mindset with a strong curiosity about customer behavior and business outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Technical fluency to effectively collaborate with data, engineering, or IT teams.
- Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
