Chief of Staff to the President & CEO
The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted extension of the President & CEO, driving strategic planning, executive communications, operational excellence and change management across the Corcoran organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution & Organizational Impact
- Orchestrate high-priority, cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise.
- Build reporting frameworks, dashboards and tracking mechanisms to provide real‑time visibility.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement program‑management best practices.
- Act as a connective force across teams, partners and stakeholders.
- Leadership Cadence & Strategic Partnership
- Own the management rhythm for Brokerage & Franchise leadership.
- Maintain visibility of key initiatives and surface roadblocks early.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, synthesizing intelligence into actionable recommendations.
- Operational Cadence & Effectiveness
- Architect and optimize the leadership operating rhythm.
- Own meeting discipline: sharp agendas, curated attendees, crisp decisions.
- Triage and resolve inbound demands to protect the CEO’s time.
- Executive Communications & Culture
- Craft high‑stakes communications for the CEO.
- Develop polished presentations, briefings and talking points.
- Drive culture initiatives that sustain high performance.
- Proxy & Business Acumen
- Present in key rooms with full delegated authority.
- Develop deep fluency in luxury real‑estate dynamics and market forces.
- Anticipate organizational friction and propose proactive solutions.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years driving high‑stakes initiatives alongside C‑suite leaders.
- Razor‑sharp critical thinker with rigorous analysis and strategic instinct.
- Thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment.
- Commanding presence in both agent and executive settings; effective influencer.
- Deep customer orientation, translating insights into better experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
