JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Product is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise products, bridging the gap between tactical execution and product strategy. This role acts as a Product Owner for cross‑functional squads, managing the product backlog and user stories, while also serving as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies and improve team velocity. The Manager ensures that product roadmaps deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and governance across the "what," "why," "how," and "when" of delivery.
Through strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration, this role drives innovation and continuous improvement aligned with NCLH’s value anchors of Innovation, Collaboration, Transparency, and Passion.
- Translate product roadmaps into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the backlog by balancing technical debt with new features and business value.
- Contribute to the development of 1–3 year product roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives and NCLH value anchors.
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into actionable product initiatives and track KPIs for user satisfaction.
- Lead and develop Product Analysts or Junior PMs while coaching squads on agile delivery to improve quality and predictability within the pods.
- Proactively identify and mitigate "blockers" and technical risks that impact sprint goals or operational continuity.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring data governance and security controls meet established standards.
- Coordinate with engineering leadership on pod‑level capacity planning and resource allocation.

Bachelor’s Degree - Field(s) of Study:
Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field - Experience:
3–5 years of progressive experience in product management, enterprise systems ownership, or related discipline. - 2+ years of people management experience, including management of Product Owners preferred.
- Experience developing and executing short‑to‑mid term (1–3 year) product strategies.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and influencing cross‑functional executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale product transformations.
- Strong portfolio and roadmap management expertise to build high‑performing product organizations.
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate enterprise vision into actionable product initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple product domains.
Preferred:
Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Scrum Master. Relevant Agile or Product Management certifications preferred but not required.
