The objective of our consulting risk services is to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape, ensuring confidence and trust through robust risk and controls engagements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and manage risk and controls projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems that facilitate business internal control processes.
  • Conduct fieldwork, assist clients in implementing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with client personnel to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and operational processes within Power & Utilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Maximo.
  • Leadership and project management capabilities with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting within the sector.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and operational processes, especially in Work Management, Asset Management, and/or Utility accounting.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective team management.
  • Valid passport required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT) are a plus; non‑certified hires must become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.
