- Configure payroll structures and payroll processing rules.
- Support testing, deployment, and post‑production stabilization activities.
- Configure and support:
- Payroll Definitions
- Payroll Elements
- Earnings and Deductions
- Payroll Balances
- Payroll Relationships
- Payment Methods
- Tax Calculations
- Execute payroll processing cycles.
- Validate payroll results and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support retroactive processing and payroll adjustments.
- Work closely with workforce management teams to integrate payroll with:
- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Project Time Entry
- Absence Management
- Shift and Overtime Rules
- Ensure accurate labor cost allocation.
- Support field workforce payroll requirements.
- Manage payroll processes for:
- Project‑Based Employees
- Field Technicians
- Construction Workers
- Engineers
- Contractors
- Supervisory Personnel
- Support multi‑project labor costing and allocation.
- Ensure proper payroll treatment for project assignments, overtime, allowances, and travel reimbursements.
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Configure tax reporting and statutory deductions.
- Support:
- Wage Garnishments
- Tax Withholding
- Union Deductions
- Benefits Deductions
- Collaborate with compliance teams during audits.
- Integrate Oracle Payroll with:
- Oracle Core HR
- Oracle Financials Cloud
- Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- General Ledger
- Support payroll accounting and labor costing processes.
- Ensure accurate transfer of payroll expenses to finance systems.
- Develop and maintain:
- Payroll Reports
- Labor Cost Reports
- Compliance Reports
- Executive Dashboards
- Monitor payroll KPIs including:
- Payroll Accuracy
- Processing Efficiency
- Labor Cost Trends
- Overtime Analysis
- Compliance Metrics
- Support payroll data migration from legacy systems.
- Perform:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Parallel Payroll Runs
- Validate payroll conversion results.
- Train payroll administrators and HR users.
- Prepare process documentation and training guides.
- Provide ongoing production support.
- Assist with Oracle quarterly cloud release testing.
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 a year
