- Leads and coordinates the education of athletic staff members, student-athletes, representatives of athletics interests, and the community regarding NCAA and Conference rules and regulations.
- Provides rule interpretations to coaches and athletic staff members.
- Assists in the research, preparation, and submission of NCAA and Conference forms, reports and questionnaires.
- Works closely with the Student Athletic Academic Coordinators and Registrar to determine initial eligibility and continuing eligibility.
- Uses the Compliance Assistant database and the Teamworks Software to prepare squad and eligibility lists.
- Uses the Compliance Software to monitor playing and practice season, recruiting, amateurism, and awards and benefits legislation.
- Assists in the investigation and reporting of NCAA infractions, submission of legislative relief waivers, and in the administration of the annual coaches' off-campus recruiting certification.
- Assists in the management of revenue sharing; proficient with the CAPS platform.
- Manage the approval process of all athletic department related camps and clinics.
- Monitoring all recruiting systems, including phone logs, contact evaluation forms, etc.
- Conduct in-person/virtual compliance education sessions with student-athletes, staff, new employees and selected external constituencies as directed by the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working within an intercollegiate athletics compliance program or other athletic related programs.
