About the OpportunityTTG Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace and aviation industry to identify an experienced Senior Quality Program Analyst
. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in strategic, cross‑functional environments and enjoy partnering with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and quality initiatives across a global organization.
This position plays a key role in supporting large‑scale programs by coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with senior quality leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects and facilitate collaboration between Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units.
- Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and follow‑up action plans.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and program deliverables while providing regular progress updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization.
- Coordinate special projects, identify potential risks, and help drive timely resolution of action items.
- Maintain accurate documentation while handling confidential business information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, Quality, Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Project Coordination.
- Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management in a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with in the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% as needed.
This position is subject to U.S. Export Control regulations. Employment is contingent upon meeting the applicable export control eligibility requirements.
