Assistant Spa / Sport Manager (German Speaking)
- Familiarize the reception staff with the general processes as well as with the daily tasks
- Daily closing and execution of administrative activities
- Roster design and effective allocation of employee resources
- Motivation of employees and the entire team
- All-round care of the guests (hosts, service providers, contact persons)
- Active cross-selling with regard to further offers from the other departments
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
