Lifestyle Director​/Event Planner

Job Description

Full‑time Lifestyle Director overseeing resident activities and clubhouse operations for NFC Amenity Management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, marketing and executing events and programs for residents of all ages.
• Leading the Lifestyle Team and managing day‑to‑day clubhouse operations.
• Overseeing front‑desk, fitness, spa and program staffing, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Developing and refining fitness and spa programming and introducing new classes and services.
• Coordinating team meetings, training, and staffing schedules to ensure coverage.
• Building partnerships with local businesses and securing sponsor ships for events.
• Managing budgets, expenses, and payroll compliance.
• Preparing newsletters, updating websites, and communicating events across multiple channels.
• Maintaining facility maintenance, SOPs, check‑lists, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Facilitating daily communication, staff meetings, and training attendance.
• Ensuring compliance with NFC policies, HR and Risk Management protocols.
• Recruiting resident volunteers and maintaining consistent branding.
• Providing support, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Reporting to NFC Amenity leadership and attending property management meetings.

Qualifications:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in community or residential lifestyle management preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to lead a diverse team independently.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and budgets simultaneously.
• Proactiveness in identifying resident needs and delivering exceptional service.
